Terms of sale
The terms that apply when you order research materials from BioPepSyn Lab.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms apply to orders placed through the BioPepSyn Lab online store. “We”, “us” and “BioPepSyn Lab” mean the seller operating this store. The contracting seller, invoice issuer and business address are available on request before ordering and are shown on the commercial invoice where one is issued. Contact support@biopepsynlab.com.
By placing an order you confirm that you have authority to buy for your organisation and that you accept these terms.
2. Research use and eligibility
All materials supplied through this store are Research Use Only (RUO). They are not medicines, foods, cosmetics, or consumer products, and they are not for human or veterinary administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or any food or cosmetic use. You confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you are a qualified researcher, laboratory, institution or business buyer;
- you will use the materials only for lawful laboratory research;
- you will handle, store, label and dispose of the materials in accordance with applicable law and your institution’s safety rules;
- you will not resell or transfer the materials for human or veterinary use or for any purpose prohibited by law.
We may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot verify these points, if the destination is restricted, or if the order appears inconsistent with research use.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer. It is accepted only when we confirm it in writing after payment (for card and USDT orders) or after we match your bank transfer (for bank transfer orders). The order confirmation is sent to the email address you provide.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if the item is unavailable, the price or specification was displayed in error, the destination is not serviceable, the payment cannot be verified, or supplying the order would breach applicable law or sanctions. If we cancel after payment, we refund the amount received under section 8.
Order details, including the item, specification, pack, quantity, destination and price, are fixed in the order record when the order is created. Changes requested after that point depend on whether the order has been prepared or dispatched.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are confirmed on our server before an order is created. The price shown at checkout is the price for that order. Shipping is added as shown at checkout; the current standard tracked international shipping charge is USD 19.00 per order, and orders of USD 300 or more ship free. We may change prices and shipping charges for future orders.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include:
- Card through Stripe, where card checkout is enabled for your destination. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted page and are never received or stored by BioPepSyn Lab.
- Bank transfer (T/T). The receiving account and payment reference are shown on the order page. The order is marked paid after our finance team matches the receipt. Bank and intermediary fees are your responsibility.
- USDT on TRC20. You must send the exact amount shown on the order page, on the stated network, to the stated address. The order is marked paid after the transfer is confirmed on-chain. Network fees are your responsibility. Transfers on another network or of another token may not be recoverable.
- Payment link by request. Where shown, we email a secure payment link for another provider. The order is marked paid only after the provider confirms the payment.
We do not accept card numbers, CVV codes or other card credentials by email, chat or any BioPepSyn Lab page.
Where a currency conversion or stablecoin conversion is involved, the USD order total is the reference amount. The exact USDT amount shown on the order page is the amount required to match the order automatically.
5. Shipping, duties and risk
We ship to the destinations shown as available at checkout. Destinations subject to sanctions or carrier restrictions are excluded. We do not ship to a forwarding address that we cannot verify when the destination requires verification.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Dispatch timing depends on item availability, payment confirmation and destination. Tracking is provided when the carrier makes it available.
Unless we state otherwise in writing, delivery is DDU (delivered duty unpaid). Import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges and local fees are your responsibility. We do not guarantee customs clearance or a particular delivery time. If a parcel is held, refused or seized by customs, contact us so we can review the carrier record; any replacement or refund depends on the written terms for that order and the carrier’s findings.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided. If you ask us to leave a parcel without a signature, you accept the resulting risk.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel an unpaid order from its order page. If you have already paid but the order has not been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible. We will cancel and refund the amount received if the order has not been prepared or dispatched, less any non-recoverable payment or network fees. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is handled under the returns section.
7. Returns and remedies
Because research materials are sensitive to temperature, light and integrity, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. This does not affect any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing a line, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the outer packaging, labels and affected vials, and keep the packaging until the claim is reviewed. Where we accept the claim, we will replace the affected item or refund it.
Where a written project record includes independent batch testing and acceptance criteria, a failed bulk-batch sample is handled under those written terms, including the agreed refund, replacement or re-test route. A sample COA or historical report does not by itself establish the result for a new batch.
8. Refunds
Approved refunds are returned by the original payment route where possible: card refunds through Stripe, bank refunds by transfer, and USDT refunds to the originating wallet after verification. We may deduct non-recoverable payment, network or bank fees that we incurred. Refund processing times depend on the provider and the network; we will confirm when the refund is initiated.
If you believe a payment was taken in error, contact us before starting a chargeback so we can review the order and payment record.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of research time or data, or loss caused by misuse, improper storage, or use contrary to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or limits mandatory consumer rights where they apply.
10. Export, import and sanctions
You are responsible for obtaining any import permit, licence, customs declaration or institutional approval required for the destination. You confirm that you and the destination are not subject to trade sanctions that prohibit the supply, and that you will not divert the materials to a prohibited destination, person or use.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future orders. The version that applies to your order is the version recorded with that order. Questions, cancellation requests and claims: support@biopepsynlab.com.
